In the Irpin community, the procedure for holding a competition to select winners to receive financial assistance under the support program for condominium associations and housing construction cooperatives was approved. This was officially announced by Irpin’s first deputy mayor, Oleksandr Pashchynskyi. The main goal is to more quickly restore infrastructure damaged during the hostilities and to return comfort to courtyards and building entrances.

Who Can Participate

Associations of co-owners of multi-apartment buildings and housing construction cooperatives whose common areas were damaged during the hostilities may take part in the competition. Important: this refers specifically to common elements, not private premises.

What Will Be Funded

The list of works includes restoration of facades, roofs, playgrounds, adjacent grounds and other infrastructure elements. The competition aims to ensure transparent use of resources and to prioritize projects that deliver the fastest and broadest public benefit.
