Three veterans from the Bilohorod community will receive prosthetics: Oleksandr, Yurii and Mykola have completed their first consultation
This Friday, three more defenders from the Bilohorod community took the first step toward returning to active life — they underwent an initial consultation at MSOR Ukraine regarding prosthetics.

Three stories — one community
Oleksandr Kharchenko, a resident of Bilohorodka, has a severe, high leg amputation. His previous prosthesis did not fit, and he now uses a wheelchair. The situation was recently complicated by a fall that injured his other leg. Oleksandr is currently undergoing additional examinations — after them specialists will determine the optimal solution.
Yurii Pavliuk — a native of Zakarpattia who has lived in Bilohorodka for more than 20 years. He went to the front as part of the Armed Forces of Ukraine from the ranks of the community's DFTG. He has an arm amputation. MSOR has confirmed — they will help.
Mykola Lapan — a former employee of the civil protection department of the Bilohorodka village council. From the first days of the full-scale invasion he took up the defense of Ukraine and was among the first to receive severe wounds — amputation of an arm and a leg. A prosthetic arm is already provided; the leg prosthesis needs replacement. The center's specialists are ready to help.

The community's experience — for the whole Kyiv region
Other communities in Kyiv region have already taken an interest in Bilohorodka's cooperation with MSOR Ukraine. Last week, village head Anton Ovsiienko spoke about this collaboration live on the "Apostrophe" TV channel and emphasized that the community is ready to share its experience with anyone who wants to help their veterans.
For people who gave their health for Ukraine, prosthetics is not just a medical procedure. It is a chance to return to themselves.
