11 March, 23:17 — Irpin. At a railway station a person received fatal injuries after stepping onto the tracks on a prohibited signal and being struck by a passenger train on the Teteriv — Borshchahivka route. The victim died at the scene. The Bucha Police Department has opened proceedings under Part 3 of Article 276 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Details of the investigation

Part 3 of Article 276 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine provides liability for violation of traffic safety rules or the operation of transport that caused a person’s death.
