What happened
In Bilotserkivskyi District, a 34-year-old resident of the Volodarska community has been notified of suspicion; investigators accuse him of repeatedly persuading minors to use the particularly dangerous psychotropic substance PVP.
According to the police, the man met two girls aged 15 and 17 in Bila Tserkva, induced them to use the drug together, and the next day brought them to his house in the Volodarska community. After using the substance, the younger girl became ill — she was found by a passerby who alerted law enforcement.
