The declared characteristics emphasize that this is not a light tactical device but a long-range system capable of operating against key infrastructure and air-defence assets at distance.

From the official description: strike range — over 1,600 km, flight endurance — up to 9 hours, warhead — around 50 kg, maximum mass — up to 200 kg. The drone has a triangular wing, is launched from a launcher with a rocket booster, is powered by a gasoline engine and operates at altitudes up to 4,500 m with speeds up to 220 km/h. The developer claims the M9 can operate under satellite navigation jamming and independently detect targets by coordinates or optical sensors; declared accuracy is around 10 meters.
