Usyk fourth in 21st-century pound-for-pound list; Mayweather tops the ranking
Oleksandr Usyk took fourth place in The Ring's ranking of the best pound-for-pound boxers of the 21st century. Vasyl Lomachenko is eighth, and Floyd Mayweather was ranked first. Usyk's team plans his return in 2026; he vacated the WBO title on 17 November 2025.

P4P Ranking of the 21st Century
Oleksandr Usyk, the reigning heavyweight champion holding the WBC, WBA and IBF titles, placed fourth on The Ring magazine's list of the best boxers, pound-for-pound, of the 21st century.
Another Ukrainian, three-division champion Vasyl Lomachenko, was ranked eighth.
In the final list, first place went to Floyd Mayweather, second — Manny Pacquiao, and third — Terence Crawford.
Usyk's Plans for the Ring
Serhiy Lapin, director of Oleksandr Usyk's team, announced plans for the boxer's return to the ring in 2026.
Earlier, Usyk vacated the WBO heavyweight title — this occurred on 17 November 2025 and stripped him of his status as undisputed champion.
