98th Session of Bilogorod Council: Nearly 12 Million UAH for the Army and Order of Courage Awarded Posthumously
On May 1, Bilohorodska village council held its regular session. It began with the presentation of an order to the family and son of a fallen Defender — setting the tone for the entire meeting.

Order "For Courage" — Posthumously
The session opened with a solemn and sorrowful event. Village head Anton Ovsienko presented the Order "For Courage" III degree (posthumously) to the wife Oleya and son Ruslan of Defender of Ukraine Vladislav Psyuk from the village of Horenychи.

Nearly 12 Million Hryvnias for Defense Forces
The council allocated funds to support 12 military units, the Ministry of Defense, the Patrol Police Department of Kyiv Region, the Institute of the National Guard and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine — 9.5 million hryvnias in targeted subventions. Direct purchases based on military requests amounted to an additional 2.4 million hryvnias. In total — nearly 12 million hryvnias in a single session.
Other Session Decisions
The report on the execution of the budget of Bilohorod community for 2025 was approved, as well as reports on the execution of financial plans of the Center for Primary Healthcare and the Center for Social Services.
The list of administrative services provided by the CNAP management of Bilohorod village council was approved. Changes were made to staffing tables and financial plans of structural subdivisions, as well as to programs in the areas of improvement, pedestrian safety, defense, construction and reconstruction of infrastructure, public order, combating domestic violence, ecology, education and culture. Land and architectural issues were considered.
